Digital Standards Playbook Feedback Survey

The Government of Canada is looking for feedback on the updated Digital Standards Playbook. The goal of the Playbook is to help the Government of Canada design easy-to-use, responsive and trustworthy services for people, businesses and communities.

*Definition: Service design is driven by user needs. It can inform changes to an existing service or create a new service entirely. Service designers find ways to improve all the touchpoints that users and employees might have while using and managing government services.

No personal information (e.g., name, Personal Record Identifier (PRI), email address) will be collected. Your responses will remain anonymous and the information you provide will be protected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Access to Information Act. The information collected will be accessible to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and the Office of the Chief Information Office’s Digital Policy & Research team, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). Collected and aggregated data will be shared within the team to support service improvements. Results may also be published for research and reporting purposes.
