Lifting as you Lead Written Component: Theme #5 - Self-Compassion and Neuroplasticity 2024

Welcome to theme #5! We wish you an enriching and engaging experience with your Circle members as you explore this week’s topic. After the Circle, we ask each Circle member to complete the Written Component as part of your Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles (LLMC) certification.

This Written Component of LLMC is used to assess the program's impact on your knowledge and skills for the topics explored over the 10-week program period.

Please reflect carefully on the questions. Accurate and complete responses are very important to us. Try to be objective in providing responses. Your input will be anonymous, and the data will be treated confidentially. This data will inform our final report, which will be publicly available.

The information you share will be used to further develop the LLMC program for future cohorts.

The Written Component activity will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

The Diversity and Inclusion Office (DIO), which is part of Materiel Group, National Defence (DND), administers the Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles (LLMC) program.

The DIO collects personal information you put into the LLMC registration.

The DIO may use or share the information you provide:

  • within DIO for policy analysis, research and/or evaluation activities.
  • with LLMC members/participants to connect, elevate, and inspire across all Circles with all members

You choose whether to register for LLMC. We use your information to place you in diverse Circles, add you to the distribution list(s), share with LLMC members, and create summary reports.
If you don't provide your personal information in your registration, we will be unable to contact you with details of the program.
