Welcome everyone!

In 2020, LLMC began with a bold vision: To build a community of values-based leaders dedicated to empowering people, transforming workplaces, and shaping the future of leadership. Since then, it has grown into a people-powered movement, equipping over 2000+ leaders within the Defence Team and the Federal Government of Canada with the skills, knowledge, and connections to drive positive change.

The registration deadline is: May 31, 2025.

The Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles program is brought to you by the Diversity and Inclusion Office, Materiel Group, National Defence.

The Diversity and Inclusion Office (DIO), which is part of Materiel Group, National Defence (DND), administers the Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles (LLMC) program.

The DIO collects personal information you put into the LLMC registration.

The DIO may use or share the information you provide:

  • within DIO for policy analysis, research and/or evaluation activities.
  • with LLMC members/participants to connect, elevate, and inspire across all Circles with all members.

You choose whether to register for LLMC. We use your information to place you in diverse Circles, add you to the distribution list(s), share with LLMC members, and create summary reports.

If you don't provide your personal information in your registration, we will be unable to contact you with details of the program.
