In accordance with the Accessible Canada Act and as part of its commitment to improving the accessibility of its services, Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) is seeking feedback from its clients in order to better understand potential barriers in our services and identify concrete solutions.

Privacy notice
The personal information provided on this form is collected by CED under the authority of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec Act. It is used to process your application and for CED's statistical and performance evaluation purposes. It may even be shared on a depersonalized basis with other federal institutions for reporting and statistical purposes. The nature of the information collected by CED is described in Personal Information Bank PSU 938 - Outreach Activities.
The information is governed by applicable laws, including the Privacy Act. The collection, use, disclosure and retention of information are described in Personal Information Bank CED PPU 1001.
