NDWCC Event Closeout Form

Please fill out and submit this event CLOSEOUT form AFTER hosting an NDWCC event. This will allow the Core Team to be aware of events that have taken place and will provide them with the ability to brief the Champion on events that were held across DND and the CAF, as well as improve the financial reporting of NDWCC events.

The information collected through this form will be used solely for the purposes of:

  • Tracking event-related funds and expenditures
  • Analyzing event participation and performance statistics

All data will be handled securely and responsibly, in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Collected data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, and will not be shared outside of the NDWCC.
