National Defence Workplace Charitable Campaign (NDWCC) Survey

This survey is to gain anonymous insight from participants, volunteers and employees/members with respect to their experiences with the NDWCC during the 2025 campaign.

The information collected through this form will be used solely for the purposes of:

  • Tracking the successes and challenges of the NDWCC
  • Analyzing responses
  • Improving the NDWCC

All data will be handled securely and responsibly, in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Collected data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, and will not be shared outside of the NDWCC.
