Telephone Reporting Site Feedback Survey

The information you provide in your survey, is collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) under the authority of the Customs Act and is protected pursuant to both the Customs Act and the Privacy Act.

Information collected for the purpose of the Telephone Reporting Site Survey may also be disclosed within the CBSA as part of the evaluation process for Telephone Reporting Site designation.

Individuals and businesses to whom the information relates have rights of access to, correction of, and protection of, their personal information under the Privacy Act. Individuals and businesses to whom the information relates also have the right to file a complaint to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada should they have a concern about how the CBSA handles their information. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is committed to transparency and open dialogue.

As part of this commitment, the CBSA is conducting a survey to better understand potential need and interest in hosting a telephone reporting site on the Canadian side of the Canada-United States border.

Important Details:

  • The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
  • Your participation is voluntary and confidential.
  • Please designate one person per interested party to complete the survey.

Your answers will remain anonymous and the information you provide will be administered according to the requirements of the Privacy Act, the Access to Information Act, and any other pertinent legislation.

I understand that any information gathered for the purposes of this Telephone Reporting Site Survey will be used to consider potential telephone reporting sites in the former Remote Area Border Crossing (RABC) program area. My contact information may also be used by the CBSA to send me notifications related to my completed Telephone Reporting Site Survey or to inquire further on the potential designation of a Telephone Reporting Site.
