We appreciate your feedback! This short survey will help us improve the Mine Permit Navigator by understanding your experience, what worked well, and what could be better. It should take about 5 minutes to complete.

The feedback collection survey should only collect business related information and business contact information. The purpose of this feedback collection survey is to ensure that the appropriate information is included in the Navigator, ensure that it’s user-friendly, and to continuously improve the service we provide to stakeholders. The information is collected under the authority of the Natural Resources Act. The participation in the feedback collection survey is voluntary. The questionnaire does not intend on collecting any personal or sensitive information. In the event that personal information is collected on this form it will be protected in accordance with the Privacy Act, and in accordance with the Outreach Activities (PSU 938) personal information bank.
