NATO Defense College (NDC) Fellowship Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the NATO Defense College Fellowship.

Please follow the instructions carefully and complete this application form before the deadline.

Candidates should:

1. ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
2. complete the online application form.
3. submit a CV and proof of citizenship (e.g. passport copy) to MINDS@forces.gc.ca.
   1. When submitting the two documents, please include the following subject line in your email: "NDC Fellowship Documents Submission - [Your Full Name]"
   2. Note: Your application will only be considered complete once these documents are received by the deadline.

Please note that this fellowship is only offered to Canadian Citizens. Proof of citizenship is required.

Individuals or organizations employed by the Federal government are not eligible to receive funding from the MINDS program, with the exception of CAF Class A Reservists.
