Event Application Intake for the Canada Pavilion at COP31
The purpose of this form is to submit a proposal for an event to be considered for inclusion in the Canada Pavilion program at COP31, taking place in Antalya, Türkiye, from November 9 to 20, 2026.
The Canada Pavilion showcases Canada’s climate action, innovation, and partnerships. Selected events will contribute to a diverse program that reflects perspectives from across governments, Indigenous Peoples, civil society, industry, youth, academia, and international partners.
Through this application, you will be asked to provide:
- information about your organization and partners
- details about your proposed event, including format, objectives, and target audience
- information about speakers and representation
All applications will be assessed based on published evaluation criteria, including relevance, collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and potential impact.

Privacy Act Notice Statement for the COP31 Intake Proposal Form
The personal information is collected under the authority of section 5 of the Department of the Environment Act and subsection 7(1) of the Financial Administration Act.
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) will collect your personal information to support the intake, assessment, and selection of event proposals for the Canada Pavilion at COP31. The information will be used to evaluate submissions and support the development of a recommended program.
The personal information created, held or collected by ECCC is protected under the Privacy Act. The information will be used, disclosed and retained in accordance with the conditions listed in the Personal Information Bank Public Communications PSU 914.
Please note that, for the purpose of managing Canada Pavilion communications, ECCC has contracted an external service provider that will have access to the information you provide through this registration form. The provider is authorized to use this information solely for COP31-related communications on behalf of ECCC.
