Self-serve portal for cosmetic notifications

The consultation on the development of the self-serve portal is intended for regulated parties, more specifically manufacturers and importers of cosmetics, who are required to notify Health Canada within 10 days of the first sale of a cosmetic in Canada as per Section 30 of the Cosmetic Regulations, under the Food and Drugs Act. The consultation period ends on October 1, 2024.
