Environmental Petition Submission Form
Environmental petitions are a way to bring your concerns and questions about environmental matters related to sustainable development to the attention of federal ministers.
For a petition to be eligible, it must be submitted by a Canadian resident, acting as an individual or on behalf of an organization, and raise a question or concern about an environmental issue that falls within the scope of the federal government's responsibility.
Note that the Office of the Auditor General of Canada cannot take direct action to address issues raised in your petition.

All information submitted with and within an environmental petition is subject to the Access to Information Act.
