You may fill out our secure online complaint form to make a complaint to the OFOVC. Please note that our Office can only address complaints from victims of crimes committed by offenders under federal jurisdiction (serving sentences of two years or more). We can also identify and review emerging and systemic issues that negatively impact victims of crime.
