The Workload Management Forms have been decommissioned as of January 16, 2026.

The eligibility criteria for workload management has been integrated directly into the updated versions of the Natural Health Product (NHP) Web Product Licence Application Form (Web PLA) and Amendment and Notification Form (ANF) eliminating the need for the Workload Management Forms.

Please refer to the Product Licensing Bulletin No. 8 - Announcing updates to the NHP Web Product Licence Application Form (Web PLA) and Amendment and Notification Form (ANF) for more information on operational changes in regards to the updated forms.

As well, the Natural Health Products Management of Applications Policy (NHP MAP) has been updated and was published December 17, 2025.
