List one or more of the 21 grains regulated under the Canada Grain Act: wheat, barley, pulse, canola, etc. For more information, the Official Grain Grading Guide is used by Canadian Grain Commission grain inspectors as a complete reference on the grading of grains, oilseeds and pulses.
(Such as physical grading factors, visual grading factors, chemical and functional analysis, contaminants, etc.)
(Such as moisture content, test weight, dockage, damaged kernels, extraneous material, etc.)
(Such as protein content, oil content (for oil seeds), falling number (enzymatic activity in wheat/rye), vomitoxin (DON) levels, etc.)
