CBSA External Accessibility Questionnaire

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) recognizes the importance of diverse perspectives, and is conducting this survey on the accessibility of its programs and services. Accessibility is the ‘degree to which a product, service, program or environment is available to be used or accessed easily by all’.  This survey will focus on the priority areas outlined in the Accessible Canada Act and the responses will be used to help shape the CBSA’s 2026-28 Accessibility Plan.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and your participation is voluntary and confidential.
