The personal information is collected on a voluntary basis pursuant to the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act . The personal information will be used by the Receiver General and Pension Branch of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) for the fulfillment of its mandate, which includes standards development and engagement with interested parties. The personal information is described in the Personal Information Bank PSU 938. Your personal information is protected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct your personal information, if erroneous or incomplete. The personal information provided on this form and activities related to the standards development process will be retained for a period of 5 years after the last administrative action, and then destroyed.
