Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is subject to the Privacy Act and is committed to protecting the privacy rights of individuals and safeguarding the personal information under its control.
The purpose of this form is to collect information from individuals/organizations looking for guidance on federal forest sector programs. This form is optional. If you choose to seek guidance, you will be asked to provide your name, email, organization, title, city, province, postal code, and a summary of your request. No other personal information will be requested in the form. The information you provide will only be shared with other Canadian government institutions in order to identify the funding program if it relates to that institution. The collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information by NRCan is authorized under the Natural Resources Act and the Privacy Act and in accordance with the following personal information banks: Public Communications (PSU 914) and Outreach Activities (PSU 938).
Individuals have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding the institution’s handling of their personal information.
