The Access to Information and Privacy Communities Development Office (APCDO) Casual ATIP Candidate Inventory

DISCLAIMER

This questionnaire is intended to create an inventory of candidates for casual positions in Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) for institutions subject to the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

As experience taught us, there are a lot of situations when an institution would receive an unexpected additional influx of ATIP requests, or other similar situations that would require short term additional support. In order for the Government of Canada to better meet its legislative requirements, we hope this inventory will help lighten those high-pressure circumstances.

Only applicants with demonstrated experience in ATIP or significant related training will be considered for this inventory.

Applications without relevant ATIP experience or significant related training will not be considered nor retained.

Please complete the following questionnaire to help us assess your suitability for casual employment opportunities in ATIP roles. For the moment, the only way to change the information is to re-submit a form. However, a new feature should be added in spring 2026 to allow you to make live changes. It might also be possible to upload your CV in the coming months.

Please note, we intend to follow up with qualified candidates to request updates at least every six (6) months and to keep this inventory open until at least March 31, 2027.
