This form helps the CFIA understand your business operations, activities, growth objectives and food safety readiness to better support you in preparing to obtain a Safe Food for Canadians (SFC) licence.

This information is being collected and used under this Agency’s legislative authority for the following purpose: to inform CFIA's compliance promotion initiatives, including education and outreach, in accordance with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Act and the Safe Food for Canadians Act. This information will be retained in accordance with the Agency’s retention and disposition policies.
