Application Form - Unit 1 Redfish Reserve Allocation (2026-2027 Season)

Before you apply

To access the reserve, applicants must have fished at least 75% of their primary Unit 1 redfish allocation(s). Indigenous communities and organizations are exempt from this requirement.

Access to the reserve is not automatic and is managed by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) on a case-by-case basis. Applications are reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to reserve availability and the status of associated bycatch limits.
