The collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) is authorized under the Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Act, and is in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act. Information collected will be used exclusively to contribute to the redesign of the Additions to Reserve (ATR) Policy and accompanying Directives. The collection, use and disclosure of your personal information is required for tracking responses received on the redesigned Additions to Reserve Policy and accompanying Directives, allow optional follow up meetings or emails on feedback provided, as requested, and for reporting purposes. Personal information will be retained pursuant to the Privacy Act and its Regulations. Individuals have the right to the protection of, access to and request the correction of their personal information under the Privacy Act.
